Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and driven Recruiter to join our team at our Pune office. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sourcing and placing candidates for IT, accounting, and finance contract positions. The role involves end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to submitting qualified candidates to our clients. The ability to effectively communicate, exceptional sourcing skills, and familiarity with various job portals are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Utilize your expertise in sourcing candidates across IT, accounting, and finance domains for contract positions.

Employ a variety of sourcing strategies, including leveraging LinkedIn, indeed, CareerBuilder, monster, and other relevant platforms.

Conduct thorough candidate assessments, evaluating qualifications, skills, and experience to ensure alignment with client needs.

Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates, guiding them through the recruitment process and addressing their queries.

Collaborate closely with clients to understand their staffing requirements, ensuring a clear understanding of their expectations and preferences.

Shortlist and present top-tier candidates to clients, demonstrating a keen eye for matching skills and culture fit.

Leverage your strong communication skills to manage candidate and client interactions professionally and effectively.

Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment best practices to continuously enhance your performance.

Qualifications and Skills:

Proven experience (2+ years) as a recruiter, specializing in IT, accounting, and finance contract positions.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with candidates and clients.

Proficiency in using LinkedIn and other major job portals for sourcing and candidate engagement.

Familiarity with AI tools and LLMs like ChatGPT, Anthropic, etc., is a significant advantage.

Knowledge of JobDiva is a plus, though not mandatory.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple candidate profiles simultaneously.

Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering quality candidates to clients.

Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
