Develop and execute a strategic sales plan targeting MSP/VMS programs

Identify, prospect, and close new staffing business opportunities
β
Engage in 100+ outbound calls daily to potential and existing clients
β
Maintain and expand relationships with key decision-makers in staffing programs
β
Track and manage all activities using CRM tools like HubSpot or JobDiva
β
Work closely with the internal recruiting team to ensure successful placements
