Business Development Manager – Staffing & MSP/VMS Sales

πŸ’° Retainer: $1K–$3K + Uncapped Commissions & Incentives

Are you a driven, high-energy Business Development professional with experience in staffing and recruitment? Do you have existing relationships with MSPs/VMS programs like Pontoon, Beeline, Adecco, and others? Are you ready to close deals and bring in clients within the first 1-3 months?

If yes, ApTask wants you! We are looking for go-getters who can drive new business, build strong client relationships, and leverage their industry network to generate revenue quickly.

What You’ll Do:

βœ… Develop and execute a strategic sales plan targeting MSP/VMS programs
βœ… Identify, prospect, and close new staffing business opportunities
βœ… Engage in 100+ outbound calls daily to potential and existing clients
βœ… Maintain and expand relationships with key decision-makers in staffing programs
βœ… Track and manage all activities using CRM tools like HubSpot or JobDiva
βœ… Work closely with the internal recruiting team to ensure successful placements
