Remote Recruiter - Global Opportunity
ApTask is seeking experienced Remote Recruiters to join our global team. This role offers the opportunity to work from anywhere in the world while connecting top talent with leading companies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and submit qualified candidates for client job openings
- Utilize JobDiva, LinkedIn, and other recruitment tools to identify potential candidates
- Submit at least two qualified resumes to clients daily
- Maintain consistent communication with candidates and hiring managers
- Work during assigned EST or PST shift hours
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as a recruiter
- Proficiency in JobDiva ATS (must-have)
- Expert-level LinkedIn and automation tools usage
- Experience with Chrome extensions for recruiting (strong plus)
- Knowledge of AI and OSINT tools to source candidates
- Ability to work full-time during EST or PST business hours
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong computer skills and fast, stable internet connection
- Dual monitor setup preferred

Compensation:
- Base salary: up to $500 per month
