Job Title: HR Manager

Location: Kharadi, Pune (ONSITE Only)

Employment Type: Full-Time (Extraordinary candidates may be considered for Part-Time, 3-4 hours/day)

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team at our Kharadi, Pune office. This is a strictly onsite position with no remote work option. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in HR policies, compliance, payroll management, local recruitment of recruiters, and employee onboarding/offboarding processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:

  • Source and recruit recruiter candidates through various channels (job portals, networking, referrals, etc.).
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from screening to onboarding.
  • Build a pipeline of strong recruiter candidates for future hiring needs.

HR Policies & Compliance:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies in compliance with local labor laws.
  • Ensure adherence to HR compliance and statutory requirements.
  • Handle payroll processing and ensure timely salary disbursement.

Employee Onboarding & Engagement:

  • Welcome and onboard newly hired candidates, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
  • Conduct orientation sessions and introduce new hires to company policies, culture, and teams.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for employee queries and concerns.

Employee Relations & Offboarding:

  • Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.
  • Conduct exit interviews, analyze feedback, and suggest improvements to enhance retention.
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management.

HR Operations & Training:

  • Organize training and development programs to enhance employee performance.
  • Conduct HR audits and ensure documentation is up to date.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in HR management, including recruitment of recruiters, compliance, payroll, and onboarding/offboarding.
  • Strong understanding of Indian labor laws and regulations.
  • Experience in local hiring and knowledge of Pune’s job market.
  • Proficiency in HR software and payroll systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Information:

  • This is a 100% onsite role. No remote work.
  • Work hours align with EST (Eastern Standard Time).
  • For exceptional candidates, part-time (3-4 hours per day) may be considered.
